Open Question: How to fix patchy hair color after an at home dye job?
I dyed my hair a dark brown last night. Before hand it was the color of my picture, except I had a lot of blonde highlights. I did an at home box kit (as I always have done). The box said to leave it on for 25 minutes to 45 minutes, I left it on for the full 45 minutes to be sure that it would cover my highlights evenly. Everything looks awesome, except I missed a little spot on the right side of my head. It isn't THAT noticeable because it is a dark brown, just not the same shade of brown as the rest of my head. How can I fix this? I am thinking that I will buy another box (I all ready used two to dye my hair in the first place!) and Use a comb to brush it over the missed area wait like 5 or 10 minutes, then I guess I'll hop in the shower and rinse it off? I can save the extra in case it needs more. Or should I re-dye my entire head? Or should I do the missed spot for 5 minutes, then comb it through my whole head for like 3 minutes afterwards? I don't want to buy two more boxes... Help?? oh yeah, my hair is pretty dark, so I don't really want to re dye my entire head..

ok has anyone brewed this before? because i have read the instructions and first line it says "(no sugar required)" but read the back and the 5th or 6th instruction is too add sugar so wtf? can anyone give guidance?
